Ingredients

3 eggs (separated)
200 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 grams sugar
1 tablespoon butter
200 milliliters milk
fruit (mixture, cranberries, currants)
raisins

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
3Sift the flour with the baking powder.
4Beat the sugar with the butter, add the egg yolks, and beat to whitish mixture.
5Gradually, add the milk, and flour (sifted with baking powder).
6Mix in the stiff egg whites, red fruit, and raisins.
7Pour in muffin pan greased with butter.
8Bake for 20 minutes.
