Ingredients

  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 3 cups dry white wine (medium-)
  • 1 cup cassis (creme de)
  • 2 limes (sliced)
  • 3 ounces red currants
  • 4 stems mint (stalks removed)

Directions

  1. In a large pot, combine the cider, white wine and creme de cassis. Bring to a boil and simmer on a low heat for 1 hour then remove from the heat, transfer to a large bowl and add lime slices, berries, mint and serve.
