Ingredients

  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 6 dates (small)
  • 2 oranges (small)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 30 grams raisins
  • 30 grams pecans

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the red cabbage.
  2. Cut the dates into small pieces.
  3. Peel the orange and cut it into segments.
  4. Combine cabbage, dates and orange segments in a medium bowl.
  5. Make the dressing by mixing honey and vinegar, and a pinch of salt.,
  6. Add the oil, mix well with a fork.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Pour it over the salad, and add raisins and chopped pecans.
  9. Mix all ingredients gently.
