    Delicious!!! The dried cranberries with walnuts and the mustard lemon combined all make it tasty. The look and feel in my mouth of everything mixed together reminds me so much of couscous. I had to cut all ingredients in half because I only had 2 cups of cauliflower. I used green cauliflower; so pretty. I kept the olive oil measured as instructed in the recipe. I didn’t even need the salt and pepper. My mustard had salt in it already. This recipe is Yummy! I will make this dish again and is now a staple favorite. 😋😍
