    it turned out really tasty but the porportions were a bit off: i ended up with too much base and not enough filling

    very grainy, and not at all like cheesecake. not worth the calories

    absolutely delicious and ll do again! even though i did few modifications, if it might help someone: made it as 1 big cake, instead of sunflower seeds for the base used oats, maple syrup instead of agave - i reccommend to use a bit less than 1/4 as i found it too sweet and add as you taste it for your liking. topped it up with fresh raspberries instead of jam.
