Yummy but just a little too garlicky

This was good. I use tortellini instead of ravioli. It works well with a small salad and a side of garlic bread.

It was delicious! I used a combination of pistachios and pine nuts instead of walnuts and skipped the parsley since I didn’t have any.

Turned out well but it's more a vinegrette than anything. The recipe only includes olive oil, butter, and balsamic vinegar. I'd add cream to try and make it more of a sauce.

Very good, healthy and filling. My family didn't love the walnut texture although I did.

Quick, easy and tasty. Never thought about using Asparagus in any dish until I found this. I decided not to make it with nuts, as I'm not too keen on them. If you want something to add a little sauce to this dish, add in some more oil and about 100g of Parmesan right at the end, give it a stir and that should do it. Helps moisten up the dish a little.

Fairly easy to put together. The asparagus makes for a great savory flavor and the tomatoes came out divine. Would make again!

Wow! This was fantastic even though I used dried herbs instead of fresh. Just make sure you reduce it to 1tbs instead of the 1/4c. This will go in my regular rotation for weeknight meals. Very quick to make!

I've made this 3 times and my teenager loved it each time. Didn't put the walnuts on it, a too exotic for the teenager. I'm sure it would be great with the walnuts. The balsamic adds a lot to the flavor profile, definitely a great way to dress up pre-made ravioli. Add a nice salad glass of wine and it is a great week day meal. 😃🍷
