Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • onion (1 sm., chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 4 ounces chicken broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoons grated romano cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 ounces cooked ham (diced)
  • 4 ounces cream (35%%)
  • 4 ounces white wine
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 package ravioli

Directions

  1. In a large pan, heat oil and butter. Saute onion and ham. Stir in the flour and add remaining ingredients except the cheese and parsley. Simmer 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain. Toss with the sauce, cheese and parsley.
