Made this, loved it, and will definitely make it again. I added spaghetti squash as a “pasta” for this dish and my husband loved it - and that’s saying something! I thought it was great all by itself. During prep I just could not see the ingredients coming together but it was perfect! Thank you so much!

Delicious! I sliced the veggies ahead of time to reduce the time crunch of preparation. I then used sautéed onions & garlic, added to store bought marinara sauce for the base and did final assembly right before baking. Worked great!

Delicious! The longest was the prep for this recipe. All of it was tasty and no compliants from my picky family. I recommend some french bread with this dish

This is the first time I made ratatouille and we loved it! Is it easy to make and truly delicious. Being a lazy person I cooked the onion-garlic-tomato in cast iron pot then added the sliced vegetables on top of it as explained in the recipe. I put to the oven in the same pot. It’s just wonderful :)

So good and so attractive on the table! Did a cute little lunch for my MIL and husband's grandma (who eats like a bird). She yummed so hard and ate seconds, definitely making it again, and again and again!!!

This was really delicious! I wanted to make this recipe for awhile now, but was intimidated by all the slicing. But it didn’t really take too long with my mandolin slicer. I doubled the amount of tomato paste, onion, garlic, and water to make extra sauce. I kept the veggies as recommended, but I did add tomatoes. I think next time I make it I would skip the tomato slices, because they got a bit mushy and there’s plenty of tomato flavor from the sauce. This made more like 6 servings for us. Served with a small scoop of linguine, and topped with some Parmesan. So good! 😋

We love ratatouille! So I wanted to try a new way of cooking it but unfortunately this version has no taste. Ratatouille is a delicious and colorful dish and this recipe does not give it all its flavor. Btw,, ratatouille is not a stew as I read somewhere in the comments.

absolutely amazing! am definitely making it again. i put about 4 tbsp minded garlic and about 8-10 oz of the tomato paste instead. it's incredible. almost ate the whole thing myself!

Love it!! Turns out quite impressive for how easy it really is. I use a mandoline slicer for quick and consistent slicing - just watch your fingers! While it’s not stated in the directions, I add 1 red onion also sub our favorite Rinaldi pasta sauce for the one in the recipe.

I’ve never had ratatouille before today. You remember in the movie Ratatouille when the food critic takes a bite of dish, and he is immediately transported back to childhood, and he delights with pleasure eating the dish? I now know what that experience feels like! This dish is absolutely delicious! Will definitely keep this in my meal rotation .

I loved it tried it before given some to mom will be making it again and i add tomatoes, potatoes, and shredded mozzarella and finely shredded parmesan blend cheese the cheese was after it was done put in for 10 more mint's and i used 1 onion chopped

Surprisingly good! I was a bit skeptical that such a simple recipe could taste so great, but luckily I was proven wrong! I followed the directions exactly except that I cooked it an extra 10 minutes without foil to wilt the vegetables just a bit (like in the picture). I definitely will be making this again.
