- Beat the eggs, add the sugar little by little and then the flour, salt, baking powder and oil. Add the yogurt little by little while continuing to mix the batter.
- Gently fold in the raspberries.
- Grease and flour two baking pans, divide the batter evenly between them and bake at 180 for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
