I’ve made this soufflé for many intimate gatherings. I like to make it in single serve ramekins that sit atop of a dessert plate. I place a spoon on the right side of the ramekin, on the plate, and a couple squares of white chocolate bar on the left. It’s pleasing to the eye and tastes wonderful!
