Made this to celebrate our 10 year anniversary-- so indulgent and delicious! Made it into a 2 tiered masterpiece: Added dark chocolate chips to the cake batter, made a raspberry filling with seedless preserves, raspberries, cane sugar and amaretto which I sandwiched in the middle of each tier. The whole thing was covered with cream cheese frosting made with neufchatel and amaretto. Garnished with red maraschinos(:
