I modified this to fit what I had and wanted to use. Was a mess at first but ended up really positively. Trying to remember it... Heat: 1.5 cups of water- when boiling- pour in 9 oz of raspberry (jello) gelatin and dissolve. Pour over - 12 oz of fresh or frozen raspberries Let this all cool - fridge, freezer, etc Base: - 5 oz of plain Greek yogurt - 4 oz of cream cheese- softened - 1/4 c vanilla almond milk - 1/3 c powdered sugar - 1 tsp vanilla Blend well with mixer! Add: Cooled gelatin mixture to the base and mix well. Should be rather liquid-like Fold in: 12 oz of fresh raspberries. Cover and chill overnight. (Mine had small white lumps- don't think cream cheese was warm enough before started mixing.) Still- it was a fantastic-tasting dessert!! A+ from all of us!
