Ingredients

3 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons chia seeds (ISWARI used in the photo)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
cinnamon

Directions

1Bring raspberries, orange juice, and honey to boil in a saucepan.
2When it boils, add chia seeds.
3Lower the heat, and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
4Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon.
