A lightly sweetened dessert that helps finish off any meal. The granola can help stave off hunger and the raspberries and cream will bring a smile to your family’s faces. This recipe combines sugar, butter, and syrup and only takes about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 60 milliliters corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 60 grams old-fashioned oats
  • whipping cream (25 cl.)
  • 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
  • fresh raspberries
  • pistachios (Chopped)

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the syrup, butter, and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat, add oats and stir to coat with the syrup.
  4. In a cupcake tin, pour a teaspoon of the batter to cover the bottom.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
  6. With an electric mixture, beat whipping cream cream with sugar until stiff.
  7. To serve, unmold the shells, fill with whipped cream and decorate with raspberries and chopped pistachios.

I love this recipe! The little tarts are the perfect size for those who are watching their figure. The granola is good for you and the raspberry gives it amazing flavor. My whole family loves these
