  • 100 grams frozen raspberries
  • 450 milliliters semi-skimmed milk
  • 200 grams cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 50 grams caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoons campari
  • 75 grams fresh raspberries

Directions

  1. Place the frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup milk, cream, lemon juice, sugar and campari in a blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Distribute the fresh raspberries into glasses and half fill with the purée. Add 1 cup milk to the remaining shake in the blender and give it a quick blitz, to create foam, before topping off the glasses.
