Description

Brownies decorated with a splash of red. The unique color combination will have you craving this delectable treat as soon as it comes out of the oven. You’ll experience the sweet tartness of raspberries, the rich creaminess of butter, and the robust flavor of dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 20 grams dark chocolate
  • 150 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 25 grams cocoa powder
  • 75 grams flour
  • 200 grams fresh raspberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain marie.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the eggs, the sugar, and then add the mixture of melted butter and chocolate. Stir.
  4. Add the cocoa powder and the flour. Mix until the batter is homogeneous.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Put half of the raspberries, cover with the remaining batter, and finish with the other half of the raspberries.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Take it out of the oven and let cool before cutting.
  9. You can serve it with raspberry coulis and fresh fruit.
