  • 2 onions
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 cans red kidney beans (19 oz. ea., rinsed and drained)
  • 1 jar (2 lb. 13 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce (1 jar (2 lb.))
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 8 oz)

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef with onions and chili powder in 6-quart saucepot or large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and Pasta Sauce.
    2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice or with tortilla chips.
