  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns (I use Healthy Life Wheat Sandwich Buns)
  • romaine lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon ranch-style seasoning (Divided into four)
  • white cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ranch-style seasoning
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (Fat Free)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons reduced fat olive oil mayonnaise
