Very easy and delicious. Great go to for a weeknight quick meal.

I needed a quick, easy dinner and this fit the bill but wasn't too happy with the final product. I had 1"+ thick chops so followed the recipe and cooked for 30 minutes - way overcooked, so tough & dry. (Suggested internal temp was 145 - mine were like, 175). I like to brine - allows you to overcook but just didn't have time this time. Flavor is kid-friendly, so will try again.

Super easy recipe. My chops were about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick so I should've reduced the cooking time to about 20 mins in the future as it came out a bit dry. The pan juices were delicious and we sopped them up with the pork chops. I didn't have any baby potatoes, but used a sweet potato I had on hand and cut it into small slices about the same thickness of the pork chops. I couldn't find any ranch dressing mix at the grocery store, so I substituted with Italian salad dressing mix which turned out great too. Served it up with some toasted garlic bread to round out the meal. This is going into the keepers list.

potatoes needed longer to cook, and I used chicken, but it was delicious.

Hmmmmm. Actually, we couldn't taste any of the seasonings except a bit of the oregano. Ranch taste was no where to be detected. One pan dinner was all this was with no flavor.

absolutely delicious, my 2 and 3 yr old picky eaters ate all theirs, mine and some of my husbands lol. mixed some frozen broccoli with the potatoes and served with french bread

Good! Followed recipe. Made roasted broccoli with it as well - on a separate pan. Liked the spices, only complaint is that the pork chops did turn out a bit dry - family usually likes pork chops with some kind of gravy or sauce because it's usually dry... :/ but other than that it was good.

The pork and potatoes have a great taste but there is no way the potatoes cook that fast they needed another 20 minutes in the oven

This was very good! I followed others suggestions and cooked the potatoes for 10 minutes then added chops (1 inch thick) for remaining 25. turned out perfectly. potatoes were fully cooked and chops were moist.

I give this four stars but I made a couple modifications so take it as you will. I also made it for two. First, I used homemade ranch spice mix, then cut in half the paprika and the oregano. I added carrots to the potatoes and gave the veggies a head start in the oven. I seasoned the chops as directed and gave them a good sear, about three minutes a side, then added to the pan with the veggies, In the pan I used to sear the chops, I made a garlic wine sauce to top the dish. I suppose the sear step defeats the purpose of a one-pan meal, but it adds flavor and retains juices!

Very Good! This recipe is very good. Watch the cooking time as my pork chops were done in about 25 minutes. The pork chops create their own gravy which is awesome.

i liked it but my 11 year old son was not a fan. might try with 1/2 package of ranch seasoning next time.

Cooked right since I took it out of the oven less than the expected time, wasn’t impressed with the seasoning though.
