  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 ounce Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, but avoid excessive handling for a moist meatloaf. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish or loaf pan.
  3. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
  4. Remove from oven and let the meatloaf stand covered for 10–15 minutes before slicing.

It was so good I mixed ground chicken and ground beef. It came out perfect can't wait to make sandwiches with the leftovers tomorrow

I did not grow up eating meatloaf and always associated it with distaste; however I decided to try this recipe and WOW - not only did I love it, but my husband and two daughters (9 y/o and 18 mos) loved it, I have been doubling the recipe in order to have leftovers for work the next day. Tonight I am going to try adding some Velveeta cheese inside and see how it is with a cheesy gooey layer!
