Darn delicious. I substituted Greek yogurt for the mayo to make it a bit healthier, was still super moist, juicy, and wonderful. Will certainly be making this again soon!

Succulent, flavourful and so simple to prepare I used Italian seasoning instead of ranch, garlic powder instead of cloves still turned out a hit

This was absolutely delicious. I also used this recipe with chicken breasts, which I normally don't like because they get dry, and they turned out absolutely juicy and wonderful! The only difference is that they are cooked in the oven on 400° for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the breast.

I couldn't taste the garlic, next time I will use more than is recommended. The Mayo made it kind of greasy. Would like to use a substitute next time. This fish is super easy to make so I want to continue using it and perfect it.

Absolutely delicious! I've made the mayo and breadcrumb baked chicken before many times. (The mayo helps keeps the chicken moist.) The ranch, cheese, garlic, and seasonings made the chicken tangy and so yummy we will definitely be making this recipe again. (Note: for easy clean up I lined a baking sheet with heavy duty tin foil. Then to guarantee the chicken was moist spread olive oil on the tin foil before making the chicken as instructed.)
