So I accidentally bought stir fry noodles instead of roman noodles. I sauteed up some mushrooms and Brussel sprouts. I mixed in the stir fry noodles after a little while and then added the sauce. I topped it off with a hard boiled egg. It was delicious! Will make this "mistake" again.

Made this for brunch. It was fantastic. Added a little crumbled bacon, and used Huy Fong chili garlic sauce.

The recipe is good. I cooked the noodles in chicken stock and intend to cook the noodles in beef stock. Added a few veggies. Printer friendly it is not.
