- 2 packages beef ramen noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package frozen stir fry vegetables (I use Birds Eye mix with water chestnuts and broccoli)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (or more depending on taste)
- 1 cup water

This was great! A bit salty and I'd add more veggies next time. I added a bunch of mushrooms too. I'll make it again.

I've made this and have made it many different ways. This is the main one tho. I do add more of the little ears of corn. I also add mushroom pieces. It's always delicious.
