- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 8 oz. cooked chicken (chopped, optional)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (or sliced almonds or peanuts)
- 1 pkg. ramen noodles (seasoning packet removed, crushed)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
