- 8 pounds fully-cooked boneless ham
- 18 ounces apricot preserves
- 2 ounces slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- For glaze, in a small bowl stir together well preserves, almonds, raisins and lemon juice.
- Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 2 hours (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer registers 140 degrees F. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Slice thinly to serve.
