  • 1/4 head purple cabbage
  • 1 avocado (medium)
  • 1 cup microgreens (or sprouts, I particularly like arugula!)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or vegannaise)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha (or other hot sauce)
  • 10 rice paper wrappers (large)
