  • 1 jar ragu pasta sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., Old World Style® Traditional)
  • 1 cucumber (, peeled, seeded and finely chopped)
  • 2 bell pepper (, finely chopped)
  • 1 onions (, finely chopped, rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 knorr chicken flavor bouillon cube (, crumbled)

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients except for oil and Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon Cube in large bowl; set aside.
    2. Microwave oil with Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon Cube in small microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 15 seconds or until Bouillon Cube is softened; stir. Stir bouillon mixture into gazpacho. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper.
    3. Process 1/2 of the gazpacho in blender until smooth. Stir into unprocessed gazpacho. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
