- Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook green pepper, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Add ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally; drain.
- Stir in Pasta Sauce and chili powder. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 10 minutes.
- Stir in macaroni and heat through. Serve, if desired, with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.

My family and I enjoyed it. However, I chose a red bell pepper since my family doesn't like spicy meals. It helped sweeten it a bit. I also added a can of tomato sauce (other reviewer said it was dry).

Edible but, I won't make again. My husband liked it but, my daughter didn't. Looks like hamburger helper and tastes like hamburger helper with chili powder. Probably would taste better with homemade marinara.
