Tasty. Substituted sharp cheddar for the cheeses and used fresh roasted green chili peppers.

i will definately make this again. i used creole seasoning, because i didn't realize i was out of chili powder. it came out a little spicey, but still dlicious.

Much better flavor than expected. I did not use the pepper jack nor did I use onion powder. I added just a little bit more feta.

Sooo delicious!! My 4 and 7 year old love it too, and were excited for the left overs!! I made a few changes--a bit more cheese, corn and tomatoes, but this recipe is SO flexible!! No need to be exact and lots of possibilities to improvise!! I have already started sharing this recipe with others!! Thanks for a GREAT meal!!

Great recipe especially for my family that is trying to be vegetarian. Even my 14 year granddaughter enjoyed them and ate all of hers.

Great recipe. Made a few changes. Used an entire can of Rotel tomatoes with chilies, with the juice. For the corn and black beans, also used entire cans. I actually used black-eyed peas instead of black beans. (Rinsed the beans and drained the corn.) Upped the cumin to 2+ tsp and 1 tsp of chili powder. I baked it in a casserole and topped with the pepper-jack. Served as a side dish. It was fabulous. My vegetarian daughter just asked for the recipe!
