This was a great healthy frittata for my wife and I. We do not like goat cheese so we used cheddar cheese instead. It would probably be good with sour cream as well. If you don't have an oven safe pan just make it on the stove then transfer to a toaster oven pan and broil the cheese. Thanks for this great start to my day!
