  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 2 olive oil (tbspn)
  • 1 coconut sugar (tbspn)
  • 1 1/2 vanilla (tbspn, yes, this much vanilla; it helps temper the grassiness of the quinoa flour)
  • 1 baking powder (tspn)
  • 2 ground flax (tspn, chia and hemp, you can throw this into a coffee grinder)
  • 1/4 salt (tspn)
