Plain, no flavor, and messy to make. Don’t add this to your Yums unless you really want to see it every time you look through your Yums. Only recipe I’ve ever saved that won’t allow itself to be removed from my list, when I try to “unyum” it, it changes back to Yum’d and stays on my list. 🙄

Unfortunately it wasn’t as delicious and crunchy as it looks. The quinoa was crunchy but a bit too hard/dry. Easy enough to make but bland - definitely season the tofu. We didn’t use the full amount of tofu called for - just 10 oz. or so, but we needed more like 1 full cup of quinoa. It was a good idea and fun to try but we won’t make it again.

    Terrible. Would not make again.

I had high hopes for this, but it just didn't turn out well at all. It didn't end up very crispy, and the bits of quinoa that fell off were burning a tad under the wire rack. Maybe it would help to press out water overnight or several hours rather than for an hour or so. If you do try this, eat it right away as once it is stored in the fridge it's just a soggy mess. I didn't find the assembly too bad, though.

These were delicious! Best baked tofu I've ever made. I needed more quinoa and didn't nearly use the whole bottle of bbq sauce.
