It did not pass the kid test. The crust fell apart and I baked the crust longer than the recommended time. Ended up throwing 1/2 of it away.

Tried it. Not a big fan-it was too thick for one thing and difficult to work with as far as spreading thinner. I don't require gluten-free and I suppose if you do it might be something to try to tweak. I was expecting a thin crispy crust and that is not how it turned out.
