  • 2 pints grape tomatoes (halved, I used 1 1/2)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon fresh ginger root (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (fresh packed, optional if you don’t like cilantro)
