  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
