Ananás e Hortelã

  • 50 grams almond flour
  • 100 grams oats
  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • 70 grams margarine
  • 2 apples (medium)
  • 1 quince (large, or 2 medium)
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

  1. Preheat oven to 360°F.
  2. Prepare the crumble topping by combining the almond and oats with 50 grams of sugar and the margarine (cut into small cubes). Knead with your hands until the dough is a sandy texture. Set aside.
  3. Peel and finely slice the apples and quince. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice, then mix with the sugar and spices.
  4. Place the fruit on a tray or baking dish, cover with the crumble dough and bake until the crust is golden brown, or about 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the container.
