  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce (I like Three Crabs Fish sauce by far the best)
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (depending on how much heat you want)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 lime (large)
  • 1 lime (large, about 1 1/2 T juice)
  • 1/4 cup green onion (thinly sliced, or double that amount if you're not using the cilantro)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 heads iceberg lettuce

Yum and fresh perfect for a warm day

My husband and I love this recipe. However, we love spicy, so we put a lot more siracha and lime in. So fresh and yummy.

Pretty good 1 tbl fish sauce and 1 tbl sriracha seemed like a bit much. Will probably add soy sauce or tamari next time. I also added canned water chestnuts and bamboo to the beef for some added crunch.

Sooooo good don't use fish sauce use extra soy sauce

Really tasty and a great fast meal! I added veggies to the meat while it cooked and ate it later without the lettuce.
