  • 15 oz. marinara sauce (or Herb Flavored Tomato Sauce)
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 18 saltine crackers (or ritz crackers)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese (Use a ¼ cup measure, fill it half full)
  • 1/8 cup diced onion (finely, Use a ¼ cup measure, fill it half full)
  • 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese (Use a ¼ cup measure, fill it half full)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional – will increase spicy heat)

  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 35 saltine crackers (or ritz crackers)
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (I used shaved, but grated works too.)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion (finely)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce (I like to use twice this much)
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional – season how you like)
  • salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (use more if you like it hot/spicy)
