- 1/2 lb. noodles (linguine, cooked)
- 1/4 cup mushroom broth
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (+ more if needed)
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce (+ more if needed)
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce (vegetarian Chinese)
- green onions (diced for garnish, optional)
