- 1 refrigerated pizza dough (tube Pillsbury thin crust)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 12 slices salami (italian)
- 16 slices pepperoni
- 1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (fresh, optional)

use the recipie as a guideline and adjusted for each kid (4) to make their own personal stromboli. we set out several toppings and letthem go to town. it was great fun and turned out better than expected!

We love anything like pizza and we were very pleased with the flavor and the texture and the time it took to make. I used ground sausage and pepperoni instead of the salami. I only needed to bake for 14 minutes for it to be perfectly browned at the top. I will definately make this over and over. I already have ideas for using different ingredients like spinach and making a breakfast version.

Pretty delicious, didn't put enough toppings on the sides but I added more toppings. On the other hand I substituted the salami with diced ham and I do not regret it one bit
