Very easy and quick-my family loved it. I used crushed Roma tomatoes, so there were not chunks of tomato in the chili. My son likes chili with no beans, so he left the kidney beans behind. I used 1tsp of Penzey's chili powder and that was perfect. Penzey's is always very fresh and I figure, more potent. Definitely add salt and pepper. Will make again and double the recipe.

First time making chili - this came together quickly (I made it in the norning before work) and was delicious. I added some crushed red pepper for an extra kick, and some frozen corn.
