Following these instructions I have finally, for the very first time in my life, been absolutely happy with how my chicken came out. Thank you so much! I’ll never make it any other way again.
I really love this recipe. It's simple and easy to change up based your flavour preference. I did find that my chicken was done in about 30-35 minutes.

Easy and yummy dinner! Didn't use bone in chicken but still came out great.
Turned out great but was a little to oily for me.

Substituted for seasoning that we had at home and chicken breast for my husband (who is picky about meat). We loved it!

So easy! I used carrots and onions and nixed the potatoes. Came out perfect
Super easy prep and everyone loved it!
it was really good and the family approved. i used a honey garlic chicken rub that is my go to chicken seasoning and a rosemary garlic seasoning for the veggies. The skin in the chicken crisped up nice while the meat stayed moist. The only down side it how long it takes to cook but that's any chicken dish.

I used boneless, skinless thighs. I still turned out fantastic.
I followed the ingredients exactly and I used the BBQ spice “Arizona dreaming” by Penzey’s Spices in Pittsburgh, PA along with some salt and pepper. Both the husband and I love this recipe and look forward to making it very often!!

This is a great, easy recipe. I have made it a few times now. Comes out great every time. Perfect for busy week days. I spend the extra for organic carrots. They have a natural sweetness and are perfect for dishes like this. I love recipes that cook all together with minimal mess and clean up. This one hits it out of the park!!!
