amazing! pleasently surprised! i used generic chicken seasoning and a bit more oil. Also added some cloves of garlic to the baking tray to give some more garlic-y taste to the veggies

I used pepper, salt, garlic powder and Tony’s as my seasoning. It ended up being a good meal, but it wasn’t my favorite. Maybe I’ll try next time with Cajun Seasoning.

it was really good and the family approved. i used a honey garlic chicken rub that is my go to chicken seasoning and a rosemary garlic seasoning for the veggies. The skin in the chicken crisped up nice while the meat stayed moist. The only down side it how long it takes to cook but that's any chicken dish.
