Great super-fast recipe!, traditionally I substituted all the sauces with only regular soy xd I will try to use next time only vegetable broth, because my halal chicken is not healthy..

So easy to make and delicious. I couldn't find light soy sauce so I just used dark. I need to double the recipe next time. My family of 4 was looking for more!

I used beef broth instead Added celery 2 poached eggs when the noodle was midway al dente. Followed the recipe but excludes the sauces except for regular old soy. My picky 4-year-old ate two entire bowls- veggies included. Great recipe :)

It was really salty but I just added some water and it was alright.

Really simple to prepare and very good. I added raw, thinly sliced sirloin steak and let it cook in the hot broth. You could add different proteins and veggies and spice it up as well. I will never eat packaged ramen noodles again!
