    Made this for my wife when she was sick, and it really hit the spot for her! Cannot get any easier yo make, yet full of flavor. She added some red chilies to spice it up, but otherwise was perfect!

    Good as is.. Used bone broth instead of regular broth, and added some ginger and carrots for a little more flavor.

    It was delicious. We made with rice noodles, but be careful not to add too many as it can soak up all the broth and may need to add more.

    Turned out great! Except I added 3 cloves of garlic for additional flavor and used rice noodles, should’ve used 6-8 cups of stock instead. The oyster sauce added a layer of flavor! So good!

    Turned out pretty yummy. I didn't have any bok choy or greens so I just made the broth and noodles. Next time I will make sure I have greens and maybe add chicken!

    For Dark Soy Sauce, one might substitute Balsamic Vinegar. Also, some garlic, ginger, or a touch of sesame oil could be added. This is a great starting point for easy Chinese soup. Thank you.

    not a fan, broth had a very simple but decent taste, and it was very quick to prepare but the noodles ruined it (Chinese noodles, looked like ramen). will not make again

    I thought it was amazing. Would encourage anyone to make the recipe a little bigger and I am planning on adding thinly sliced beef to see if that adds anything

    Great super-fast recipe!, traditionally I substituted all the sauces with only regular soy xd I will try to use next time only vegetable broth, because my halal chicken is not healthy..

    So easy to make and delicious. I couldn't find light soy sauce so I just used dark. I need to double the recipe next time. My family of 4 was looking for more!

    I used beef broth instead Added celery 2 poached eggs when the noodle was midway al dente. Followed the recipe but excludes the sauces except for regular old soy. My picky 4-year-old ate two entire bowls- veggies included. Great recipe :)
