The potato chips give this a different texture, but it definitely has a unique (in a good way!) taste. Very savory with a little bit of saltiness. Be careful when flipping, it could get a little messy if you aren't careful. But once you get the hang of it, you'll love the outcome. They're great little appetizers. Stick a toothpick in them and serve them up next to the regular potato chips.
