  • 1 bunch kale (torn into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 lemon
  • rice vinegar (To taste)
  • salt (To taste)
  • red chile flakes (To taste)

    Directions

    1. Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan and add the torn kale leaves. Cook for 5 minutes, until fully tender, and season with the lemon zest, salt and chili flake, toss to combine.
