Ingredients include Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, eggs, warm water, sugar, lemon, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pint of salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 container greek yogurt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons warm water
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 160 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Combine the sugar and the lemon in a mixer and mix for approximately 15 seconds on high speed.
  3. Add the eggs, yogurt, water, and oil and mix for approximately three minutes on medium speed.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix for another 12 seconds on medium to low speed.
  5. Pour the mix in a greased cake pan and bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
