Description

This moist, melt in your mouth cake is made with no dairy products, using coconut milk yogurt instead for a light sweetness that pairs well with the apple and cinnamon. This dairy free bundt cake will surely disappear slice by slice.

Ingredients

  • 1 apples
  • 50 grams coconut (dehydrated)
  • 1 coconut milk yogurt (natural)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200 milliliters olive oil
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 600 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • fine salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a bundt cake with butter and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
  3. Cut the apple into quarters, and remove the core.
  4. Place in the cup and chop for 5 seconds at speed 6.
  5. Add coconut, yogurt, eggs, cinnamon, olive oil and sugar.
  6. Set for 4 min, speed 4.
  7. Finally add the flour, the baking powder and salt and involve for 5 sec at speed 3.
  8. Place the dough in the form and bake for about 35 minutes.
  9. Check the cooking, unmold and let it cool.
