    Directions

    1. Pre-bake the pie shell for 8 min.
    2. Saute the vegetables until tender & set aside.
    3. Mix the eggs, half & half, and pepper together.
    4. Add the vegetables & cheese to the egg mixture.
    5. Pour into pie shell & bake for 45min at 350 degrees.
