- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
- 1 chili pepper (serrano, chopped)
- 1/2 cup string cheese (shredded)

Directions
- Pour the oil into a medium sized pot and add the tomato, onions, and chili pepper. Cook everything until the vegetables begin to soften and the onion becomes transparent.
- Add the string cheese and continue stirring until it is completely melted.
- Once the cheese is melted and the vegetables are completely mixed into the cheese, turn off the stove and serve.
