Easily one of my favourite recipes! The taste was incredible and it was easy to make. I served mine with a little scoop of greek yogurt on top with a sprinkle of cilantro. I also subbed rotel with tomatoes and an onion, excluded jalapeños, and used some chill flakes instead.

Subbed rotel with three tomatoes, an onion, and 3/4 of a jalapeño. Could have used the whole jalapeño and I also added more chili powder and cumin than in the recipe, but the flavors are on point
